At KÁRA, we take great care to ensure your handcrafted candles and homeware reach you safely and on time. Each order is carefully packed with love and shipped from our studio so it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A minimal fee of ₹49 is applicable on all COD orders.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • During high-demand periods (such as festivals, sales, or new launches), dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each KÁRA product is handcrafted with care.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi NCR: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days once the order is shipped.

  • Rest of India: Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Express & Urgent Deliveries

We understand that sometimes you need your order a little faster. Express delivery can be arranged on request, and additional charges will apply based on your location and delivery timeline. Please contact our support team before placing your order for urgent delivery assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. KÁRA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damages During Transit

We pack our products with utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our policy.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on making KÁRA available worldwide soon!
